The Deed is Done!




 Our dear Sister Mary Angelique of the Infant Jesus is now a Solemnly Professed member of our Bethlehem Monastery of Poor Clares!  It was an absolutely wonderful celebration.  Here are a few pictures from the day with the promise of more to come!

Incredibly beautiful photos, dear sisters. What a grace! I used to read Sr. Mary Angelique's personal blog before she entered the monastery, and have followed along with her journey over the years here on Poor Clare Heart Ponderings. I'm so happy for her and wish her every blessing!

The rest of the prayer at the "Recieve me, O Lord" is:
Receive me, O Lord, according to your promise and I shall live,
And let me not be confounded in my expectation"

The community continues: "We have received O Lord, your mercy, within your holy temple"
